Ocutrx™ Stock is currently available to invest in as a PRE-IPO investment. The stock is available in a 25 million dollar round at a purchase price of $3 per share with addictional warrants excercisable over two years at $2 a share. Mike Parsons the Ocutrx Director of Investor Relations stated the company was valued at 90 Million dollars according to the “bankers”. The company is expected to go public next year in 2023 and he stated the opening price is going to be between $17 and $25 a share. Parsons estimates a stock price of $40 to $50 a share at close and everyone has liquidity 30 days after that.
